Using the Houzz website I sought estimates from 3 contractors - all were within $6k of each other but Chris (the contractor)was able to give me a timeline that worked for both of us and to be honest, he was the most competitive in price. In terms of the work undertaken, Chris provided good guidance in dealing with permits, in the materials being used, in the scheduling of work being done.
